The art of Tai Ki Kung is a relatively unknown and unique style originating from southern China.
Cantonese Tai Ki is the same as Tai Chi.

The term refers to the philosophical principle describing the state of dynamic balance of energy Chi (mutual changes yin and yang).
The impact of Tai Ki’s (complement the opposites) rule can be observed in many of the manifestation of life.
The closest example of this is our own breathing reflex.
Breath in (yin) followed by the breath out (yang).
Both phases of breathing complement one another according to Tai Ki’s rhythm, this assisting us constantly throughout our life cycle.
Kung means to work, practice, and experience over the passage of time through practical action.

Practice Tai Ki Kung can improve your health, inner balance,
breathing quality and core stability.

It develops the ability of noticing the most subtle phenomena:
* The ability to adapt to the changes, the perception, the skills of taking better-considered decisions.
Decisions which are based on more extensive knowledge about situation.
* The perception of the process of changes and multidimensional thinking.
* The ability to notice the aspects of events often overlooked by others,
to think unconventionally and creatively.
* The ability to notice and change the habits disturbing us.

This skills are useful in the martial arts, business, art and whole life.

What to bring to your first lesson:

Tai Chi does not require any specialist equipment or kit. All a student needs is loose, comfortable clothing. A T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms are ideal. Everyday clothing is also practical, providing it is not too tight. Footwear is particularly important, and heavy, thick-soled trainers are to be avoided. Lightweight canvas shoes, such as tennis shoes or beach shoes, are fine.

Main practice 7 - 8.30 pm: £12 for a session or £40 for a packet of 4 of them
Individual part 8.30 - 9 .00 pm : £5 when coming only for this part and £2 when staying after main practice
